Try closing all your windows and running Spybot , that should remove them 
I see one its one of the ads that helps CS keep the site free.

I have it at the top of the threads and on top of this editor. I don't mind as lond as they don't download adware. If I start gettin downloads I'll leave the site.
Can't get rid of it. Looks like I am stuck with it.
