More or less!!!
Will have the kids here but they are teenagers so will do their own thing. Will spend most of the day sitting watching TV.
Looking forward to the run up to Christmas but not the day itself.

my kids are the same ...i prefer new year as with working in a shop it does be mental the few weeks before xmas.

listen if your on your own for Christmas im having a big party and inviting a lot of friends, were going to Carlingford yacht club first for a few drinks and a wee boat ride .then back to the house for a major firework display with some more drinks and a specially prepared dinner .
Ive even organised a musical quartet to play in the garden near the marquee
so if your doing nothing .......
can you come and help with the parking of the cars
nice to dream isnt it Maybe all you ladies that are going to be by yourselves should have a get together, at whoever has the largest house, the children could play games while ya'll do ya'lls thang

I live with my Aunties, My Da, 8 cats and two dogs.
My sis lives just next door.
I wouldn't be happy spending xmas alone. I'd have no-one to get drunk with before dinner!

I used to love when Mam was alive ... we all went to hers for Christmas. She wouldn't have it any other way.
I only have sons so when they have families they will more than likely go to their wife/partners family for Christmas.

the 2 youngest rotate it every year so i go to my oldest girls that year but we all meet up about 7/8 and have a party when we get the kids to bed
