Well if it's weather you're depending on the rain gets a little warmer in the Summer
Seriously though Spring or Summer would be best because there's more to do, festivals and such like

But forget about the weather just plan everyday as if it will rain sure the people and the craic will make you forget all about it
Oh and buy yourself some funky wellies when you get here.
