A kiss on the first date is great its a good way to see if you have any chemistry..if hes not a good kisser,i sometimes will pass on another date. honestly i havent "dated" much but i know i like to kiss and if there is a good kiss i like to have another!

That is not logical in the least ... if you both decide that you want to go that far .... why all of a sudden wouldn't you want to see that person again?? It takes two to tango and you are 100% responsible for your actions!! Seems pretty shallow. JMO

Well it can go either way for me depending on the chemistry...If there are sparks flying all night, well then obviously the kiss would be fireworks, so a soft, gentle, brief kiss is all that is needed.
I will say though that the sweetest first kiss that I ever had and it only happened once was a gentle kiss on the forehead goodbye and that was it...It had my head reeling for 2 weeks before I finally got up the nerve to call him again

Yes, if the chemistry is there. However, I don't count meeting for the first time over coffee as a date, and I don't like being suddenly kissed in a coffee shop with no warning. Hardly romantic!!!
