I swore I'd stay out of this one but I feel compelled to make a few comments. No disrespect to anyone intended.

Last week when you needed sympathy and shoulders to cry on, where did you turn? You turned to the women here on CS, that's where.
We answered your questions and tried to help but now it's being thrown back in our faces.

It's funny the phrase that was said to me at the end of a recent relationship was "you Irish women are all the same"

Hold up, I don't know any women on this forum. I can't, and won't judge any of you, full stop.

Furthermore, SillyGirl, you seem like a great person and I haven't and I won't say anything against you.

Third, I wasn't looking for shoulders to cry on, I was making a statement. I really appreciate your involvement though, you're a star.

On another thread, man men made comments about their individual experiences with Irish women.

I said:

In response to: I hate to say this, and I mean I really hate to say it but my experience with Irish women has not been a good one.

I have to agree with all the previous posters regarding this.

That said, I am still open minded and really hope to meet a nice Irish girl, it's all I ever wanted really.

I have dated many girls from many countries and by and large the impression Irish women have left on me is this... demanding, self-centred, and arrogant. I've gotten this impression from dating them, working with them and just generally living in a city full of them.

By and far the best dating experience I've ever had was with a French girl.

However, it's not cool to over generalize but if there are any good Irish ladies out there please message me. blushing

I'm just stating that has been my experience, full stop.

I love Irish women, my mother is an Irish woman, my sisters are Irish women.

However, I have noticed the above ever since the celtic tiger started roaring. Maybe it's an illness many of us are suffering from.

Saw plenty of bikes when I was there but didn't realise motorsport was big (guess it depends on the sports bars you go to). Must go back someday.

At the risk of getting slapped I kind of like seeing opinions getting a good kicking around, good to see how people behave. Always a positive reflection when things can calm down and go back to normal.
