Interested to hear this myself. I got into body building almost two years ago. Kept it up almost a year. Because I'm so slender, All I did was cut ridiculously and looked like a crackhead. I tried every bulk builder on the market, and my back and arms wre starting to look so crazy, I had to slack off.
Not to mention, seemed I then only attracted meathead idiots.

On a woman, too muscular is a big turnoff for me.

Running should make you strong and slender catwm.
It improves your circulation so makes your skin glow with health too. Provided you eat well and don't go scrawny it can only make you more attractive than you otherwise would be.
And to my mind any woman with the strength of character to keep it up is a woman of substance.
