terrible migraine (11)

got horrible migraine today.....and it ain't going away....have taken solpadeine and tried to relax in a lavender bath....
but its still here....

anyone got any suggestions......oh and i feel quite sickly with it!

i find migraleve works great especilly for the sickly part.handshake

maline: i find migraleve works great especilly for the sickly part.


Was just going to say that. The pink ones apparently work if you have a full-on migraine and the yellow ones are for if you feel it coming back. Best thing to do is take some migraleve and go to bed in an dark room. Should be right as rain in the morning wink

never heard of migraleve...and too late to go to pharmacy now...

hope i'll be better in the morn!....

used to suffer alot with these in my youth!....and i haven't eaten cheese, chocolate, crisps, oranges......

grrrrrrrr!...

anyhow....thanks....i'll buy some tomorow...for the day it comes back again....or if its still there tomorow!

Yeah apparently there is over 100 possible causes of migraines including chocolate, cheese, not enough sleep, too much sleep etc. An ex of mine used to suffer with them about once a month. I had once too and i wouldn't wish that pain on anyone

Suggest visiting a Homeopath for a remedy, am a big fan of homeopathy myself.
