Jsobesbridgeport, Connecticut USA7 Threads 1 Polls 187 Posts<--- diabetic since i was 5. ADA diet sucks stayed on it for first 6 months made things worse. that was 23 yrs so i'm sure its better now. i eat normal but smart. are you type 1 or 2?

bout a year ago...on pills. My understanding is this is a progressive disease, like it or not it will progress but how fast and far is somewhat determined by how well you pay attention to diet and exercise...
