freeman65: First came NICR (peaceful) then came Bloody Sunday (???????) then came the provos. Ah yes Isee blame the poor eejite who won't stand up for himself.
Phoenix: Hypothetically speaking.. If the country was united. Edna would have been asked to close the door on his way out a long time ago. Push comes to shove, the o6c-ers will vent their anger on the streets. The 26-ers seem to keep taking one for the team more often than you should..I know the road the west Brit wants to go down. Tonight I'm going to ignore him.
hypothetical ain't worth a hill of beans. Nothing in the 32 in the last 20 oddyears was worthy of what was lost. Anyway with" one man one vote" the outcomes inevitable.

But that aside. o6c-ers we are a different beast. Even the politicians.. They aren't afraid to walk out if they don't agree.
The banks wouldn't have been bailed out if hypothetically Ireland was one. best place to live in Ireland today is just inside the o6c.. best of both worlds..
WadeWilson: and we back to the drivel!!!! you want us out on the streets
And? I never spoke about rioting. I just showed you that people in Dublin riot too.
Now last weekend one of the most contentious weekends of the loyalist calendar everyone, including myself expected rioting in the Woodvale/Ardoyne interface..it was one of the most peaceful 12ths anyone can remember...
You can have civil protests and civil disobedience with out violence..
snowlynx: Yeah it was the rest of it I didn't understand.
cant be Bloody Sunday. Ah well see the provos no longer exist but their closest link, Sinn Fein are in favor of a "truth commission". Alas this doesnt seem to sit well with their coalition partners or with the British government.

It doesn't sit well with their leader Gerry Adams either, Gerry 'I was never in the IRA' Adams!

Sits well enough with "farce" Adams. If your argument is theirs asses on both sides then I gracefully (ish) concede. I thought we were talking responsibility.
