Instead of eating chocolate have a lowcal hot chocolate drink

Tangletwisters are lovely too if u need sugar

BAKED crisps as opposed to fried ones

I start every day off now with a pint of water (in addition to my breakfast) and drink it as im getting ready for work. when i come in door i drink 2 more pints.

the weight watchers brown bread (2 slices are 1 point) are great if u just want to have something in your mouth.


Its supposed to be a psychological thing, wanting something in our mouths all the time (no dirty thoughts now!!) whether it be the soother, mothers breast when u were a baby, a sort of comfort.
