Great to see you here I'll start up a thread within this group for fitness and we can post our questions there I know we all have areas that we need specific help with so any suggestions and help would be greatly appreciated.

I try to plan my meals, and the bits inbetween, if I know its there and available to me I dont want it.
If I eat a meal even if I'm not really that hungry it keeps me at a sort of level of satisfied and I dont snack as much. When I snack now its fat free yougurt, fruit, raw veg, sugar free jelly I have rekindled a relationship with jelly and its good.
New guy started in my job a few weeks ago and he used to be a chef.
On his first day he brought in Banana Bread. He has brought in home made Chocolate fudge cake a few times since.
Absolutely scrumptious but not good for those of us trying to fit back into last years summer clothes.
