Well Im resting up today, Im doing a charity triathlon in Wexford tomorrow so Im eating pasta by the bucket and drinking lots of water .........Wish me luck girls, I hope to burn off enough for a curly wurly.....or 2

hiya....well iv got back on track this morning have done two good long walks to my mad music ...lol....my worst time is the morning noot eating a breakfast....but iv changed that....i have to say a good brisk walk is good for releasing those stress levels....excuse my spel;ling.....laugh laugh

O not good LL, stressfull day and laid into the biscuits. but ont he good side didnt eat the whole bloody packet laugh just ½.

This weekend I am collecting mushroom compost and will put it around the garden so maybe burn of a few of the calories then.

Apart from today its been a good week so far yay

might have my 1lb off grin

Well I had a good day today didnt buy myself my little weekend treat instead bought loads of fruit in Marks and will have a little fruity weekend have to start looking at new things as treats. Im back at the gym and had a session with the trainer this afternoon. Have to keep taking the dress out to have a look not long now til the wedding.

Ive set myself 2 targets the first Im hoping to reach for the wedding and the 2nd is to be at my target weight by December / January.

I spent this evening reading through my old ww books and cook books to motivate me a bit.

Wait until your body gets use to doing the running and exersise........you will start to crave it, if you go a day or two without it you will start to crack up. I find as well at the height of training my body starts to reject the craving for crap food and starts wanting fruit and carbs.

If you want to tone your tummy, rowing is a fantastic sport, very good for releaving stress and it gets rid of bingo wings too, also being out on the water on a beautiful summers day does wonders for your soul....and your tan.

Im not really a drinker so I usually save my points for food would prefer that over drink anyday.
Im happy enough to drink diet coke when I go out. When Im being good I treat my diet coke like alcohol and only drink it when Im in the pub so its water all the time during the week.

ok splurged a bit as had a wedding to attend then had a bad weekend and got a takeaway and didnt do my walks or sit ups hopefully tomorrow ill be back to normal... i havent put anything on but havent lost any weight either so i suppose thats not too bad dunno

Had the wine is nice, I added some 7up free to make a spritzer. And managed to avoid the nibbles. Just kept reminding myself didnt want to undo the good had done.

Just back from a walk and going to dust old excercise bike thats been used as a clothes hanger lol.

good eating days today and yesterday, downing lots of water, no exercise so must try tomorrow, WW weighin Tues hopefully ill be down at least 1 lb, its so hard to stick to the points!! and rain is not encouraging me to walk, i have an excellent DVD cindy crawford workout and its very good for toning and u sweat too!! havent done it in yonks so if i do it tmo and tues ill be delighted!!

Well done to everyone and keep at it!!!

Also heard only thing to tone part of tummy below belly button is to just hold it in ever so slightly while u walk around and go up and down stairs, every little helps! Also try going up stairs 2 at a time

well weighed myself today and have actually put on a few ounces,,,,aaarrgghh. Need to get out more walking. Have set the alarm for half 6 in the morning in the hope of getting a walk in before work. Just feel that if I start the day off well it will helo keep me motivated for the rest of it.

well just had to share this I bought a new pair of jeans yesterday and for the first time since ive had my son I fit into and bought a size 8... I cant believe it applause applause cheering cheering cheering

well guys im dumb founded. i joined a gym 2 weeks ago, have been going great. 4 times a week. lost 6 lbs my first week and second week its all back on. im baffeled. havent been over eating. makes u wanna give up. communion next week. im in a panic.. help.............confused

Dont give up it is a fact that muscle weighs heavier than fat and while you may not see it on the scales you will notice it as you tone up that your clothes are fitting better.

Are you weighing yourself at the same time on the same day every week and also at certain times of the month your weight can go up by up to half a stone .

What are your eating habits? do you eat very small amounts at odd times of the day, or just a couple times a day? One of the best ways to notice a change is by eating 4 to 5 small meals a day with regular muscle tension type excersizes..You want to make your body a fat and food burning machine instead of a storage compartment..The body learns how to cope with your lifestyle and will adjust to make sure it doesnt run out of fuel..Hence storing instead of burning...Also specific working out can do a lot of good, just working out a lot usually doesnt make the difference..I would be happy to go into deatail if anyone wants to know??
