Thanks for having me..
I have put on a stone since Christmas. I am trying to go to Weight Watchers but with the hours I work it is hard to get to meetings.
I managed to go to a different class near work this morning.
I have lost 1 lb. What the hell I am visualizing a pound of butter...(with loads of spuds
I am 9' 13" as of this morning...
So I will join you guys in next Wednesdays weigh in.
