Hi. Thanks for the invite & I just joined. I'm vegan and will try to help with any questions from anyone else on the topic since I've been eating this way about 20 years.

P.S. I'll also post some yummy recipes when I get some time. :)

MMm, yes please!

I am a wishful vegetarian, and have been at times catering for friends who are vegans.

i am always stumped when it comes to eggs though.. thats when there really isnt a simple alternative around, is there?
