And then I heard the voices
of the crazy trio,

And so began
another day
with this conversation
in my head
and suddenly
it made some sense,
as I got out of bed.

So I thought
I’d share their
wisdom,
with all of you
so love yourself,
be a friend
and be grateful too,
you may not believe in me,
