surmising !
Brightly shining the sun is rising ,
Anther night has now gone by .
And I find myself right here surmising ,
As to the when the where and why .
Why does a man travel in life ?
Why does life seem to pass us by ?
Why must a man take a wife ?
Why does a man ask always why ?
When shall I know what I must know ?
When shall I know His way ?
When shall it be my time to go ?
When shall I see the sum of my day ?
Where am I to search and find ?
Where shall my life here lead me ?
Where should I be to rest easy in my mind ?
Where shall I be before I truly see ?
Questions I ask most every day ,
Answers I a yet to know .
Still I struggle on my ,
To get to where I've yet to go !
