FRIENDSHIP
The special bond
that friends make
The trust and care
they put in and take
The thin threads that
associate them
They know each others
thoughts and fears
A bond woven strong
by time’s marching years
The unfinished sentence
The unspoken thought
The sense of together
Even when apart
The fibres of friendship
form a fabric in kind
A warm snug blanket
A peace of mind
The special bond
