God's army is powerful
God's army is powerful
We go marching through the land
Fully dressed in our armor
Nothing the enemy does can stand
Carrying our impermeable shield
and our quick two edged sword
We have our marching orders
Serving Yahweh, our Mighty Lord
Many of our allies have perished
From lack of knowledge on their part
We must train ourselves in scriptures
To get them within our heart
Our Commander's will
Is for us to conquer
His will is for us to win
We set our site on the Promised Land
With us at His right hand
He guides us from within.

About this poem:
I wrote this over a year ago. It was during a time when I literallyhad to depend on God to keep me going because everything else
around me was crumbling.
I spent so much time reading and meditating on bible scriptures
that these words ended up just flowing out of me.
