Twice.

They say for every black, there's white,
For every death there is a birth.
They say that while there's space above,
There's solidness here on earth.

For every drop of rain that falls,
The sun shines twice as long.
They say that every day we live,
It makes us twice as strong.

They say the grass is coloured green,
The sky is coloured blue.
The big white clouds that float on by,
Are twice as fluffy too.

They say that life's for living,
That we don't get, a second chance.
But it's twice as happy with a mate,
That makes your life enhance.

They say, 24 hours, are in a day,
The hands of time go on and on.
But time takes twice to round the clock,
When your second half is gone.

They say that when a baby's born,
We're individuals, Yes we're one.
They never banked on two as twice,
For thats the way, that life goes on....
