The better of me
walking in a direction
turning around seeing my reflection
The coldness of the truth
that follows everyone but you
The beating heart that can no longer beat
senseless to try to find away to fight
no longer can you see
when everything has the better of me
the mistakes and fails along the way
the one i wish never let us part
nothing but darkness now fills this heart
and your the only one who cant see
everything has taken away the better of me
