You don't know.

You don't know the constant frustration.
You don't know feeling such agitation.
You don't know the thoughts in my head.
You don't know when I may want to be dead.
You don't know what goes on in my mind.
You don't know how I deal with time.
You don't know really how I feel.
You don't know exactly what's real.
You don't know but still sit as judge.
You don't know so your opinion doesn't budge

It sounds like you could use a friend, do you have one? I am available as an unbiased listener if you have grievances to get off your chest. Generally, the relief happens when you allow yourself to feel EXACTLY as you FEEL and then ask yourself if you want to hold on to the frustration or let it go. Its always up to you ..
