I listened to some of the St Brigids game against summerhill of meath last sunday and they sounded really good,, reckon brigids and Portlaoise are the big two in leinster this year.

Ah yeah,, hurling isn't really supported very well in kildare,, now if we got a million a year [like ahem some large populated urban districts on the banks of the liffey.] to promote the game it might be a different matter,,

They surprised me in the Dublin county final...broke all ball around centrefield so McConnell won no ball. Bernard of the Brogans wasn't on his game but I have to say Brigids have no passengers..a solid if unspectacular team...

Cahill is the only frontliner...was impressed by that Laois lad..O'Loughlin I think...not fit enough for the full game but great for the first half. Murray was a sub for Dublin this year, Andrews dropped off the panel...
