I have one of those white pvc windows. I lock it with a crack of the window open, which lets in a small draught of air. Spider-friendly dwelling here, lol
Urbuddy: Yeah I've slept with the window open but only when it's been too hot .
Don't ye find the moths and other livestock with wings get in , they ain't great company either
That only happens in the summer..don't half mind moths at least you can see them its midges that piss me off..so small you cant see them and they land on your ears just as you fall asleep
etenna_a_767: Your probably not getting enough oxygen when the windows are closed. it might be just your room or there might be something wrong with your breathing (get yourself checked in one of these sleeping labs)
I was thinking that myself..I was laying awake at night feeling all drowsy and giddy..must have been the lack of O2 to my brain..it did no damage anyway
moving house in 2 weeks and much as i liked having a balcony in my bedroom, i hated that i couldnt leave it open at night. So really looked forward to being able to leave my window open at night again. And even luckier is that I will still have a view of the lough and the mournes. (Im a jammy git at times....)
