Well, Ali, I don't have alcohol every day, nor meat. I don't consider medicines as part of my 'food'.
I do try to watch my carbs, fats, salt and sugar intake. I love vegetables in abundance and try to eat more fruit these days. Occasionally, I will treat myself but I am starting back at the gym this weekend so I can justify a little 'treat'..... maybe?

Veggies yes I agree, fish too, but I probably eat too much meat. Sugar no, I try to avoid it as much as possible and don't have it in my coffee. I do like a bit of chocolate now and then though.
I have a benecol drink every morning. It's supposed to reduce cholesterol which I don't have a problem with yet thankfully though I'm at that age so better to be safe than sorry.
