Oregongold: Follow this theory:
Flight 370, took off. while in flight everyone was forced to surrender any and all electronics (cell phones etc.) With the transponders off, and a range of around 11,000 miles that plane could land anywhere. Now if the Malaysian government was paid off to make up a BS story of it crashing then there is a major problem.
Now once the plane landed, all passengers were executed. Now who ever has the plane can refit it to be a weapon of MASS destruction.
Now has anyone that knew a passenger and try to call the cells? This plane most likely didn't crash, the reason is there is not one bit of debris. Also, a side scan sonar will actually map out the ocean floor so any wreckage would have shown up, but it has not. So what does a terrorist group with a plane capable of flying 11,000 miles want with it? Think about it. Just a theory, and a frightening one at that.

You Americans could be a target because of your government exterior policy.
grin

skippyguy: Quite correct , not a trace, i don't suspect anything will be found in the near future, to be honest, i don't think they are really sure where it could be.......very much like the bermuda triangle, vanished into thin air !

Or maybe that plane landed in some hostile territory.

Mimi1973: Here in Malaysia, there are so many theories as to why the plane vanished. Everyday, we hear different things until it has come to a point where you do not know which one to believe in anymore....

When it first happened, it was the talk of the country (and the world too!). You heard on TV, radio, and appeared on the frontpage of our national dailies. People talked constantly about it in the coffeeshops, restaurants, markets, grocery shops, car workshop, clinics, just everywhere.

Now? Sadly, the topic seems dated and rather lacklustre.

We Malaysians, are a forgetful lot....

But really worth to make theories about it?

I don't know if really exist any thousandth hope to find them alive.

MrRick77: How do you think it went missing ?

. Finger of God;
. Alien Invasion of our planet;
. Aircraft get sucked into or entered a different sphere that is unknown to humans at this point in time;
. Acts of unlawful interference best known to aviation security personnel; and
. Other

My thoughts are with the family members of the pax.

I am sure it will be found eventually. I just hope and pray it isn't found crashing into a major city loaded with explosives or a nuclear device.

The plane in itself becomes a projectile in the hands of a terrorist, no need to load anything except fuel.

Remember 9/11.

But it's not the first missing aircraft, if that's reassuring.

A geological company thinks they may possibly have found it in the Bay of Bengal, which is not within current search parameters. Still, it probably should be investigated. Why not? As many stories and counter stories as have come out, any substantial lead is worth a check.
