Yes, this is true. Is like Flamengo and Vasco, here in Brazil.
Flamengo start in the "Favela" (ghetto) of Rio de Janeiro... and Vasco da Gama start with a rich club of the portuguese society. But now, after 100 years, Flamengo have much more money.
