just my personal opinion ..and likes ! but i love to see tatoo on others peoples ...,people can do what they want 
my limit is zero eheheh , joke ,, i could like maybe just a very little one .. like a number ,a very little star .., nothing more big !
Well, if you have so many that its hard for a person to tell what your skin tone is than I'd say you've reached your limit 
Personally, I see them as flesh-graffiti.
However nice they may have been originally, after a while they are an eyesore.

RobertC2: I can only forgive a woman for having a tattoo if she has 'I love Robert' tattoo'd across one or more of her buttocks.
A small discrete tattoo is also acceptable - having a fox being chased by a pack of hounds down the crease of her bum bum isn't!

However, I do realise I'd have a lot more success on CS if I was 4'3" tall, had no teeth, multiple tattoos and piercings plus an engaging and witty personality.
