Well on a first date I would like to start with a meet and greet at Starbucks. If things work out, then on the second date go watch a movie at the cinema and dinner afterwards.

Well, I prefer lunch or dinner. It gives you time to chat and get to know each other. I also go with no preconceived expectations, as that way, there can be no disappointments.

I think it has to be a bar, somewhere where is are lots of people around. And, if you feel that you don´t get along then you can leave. With a meal its more difficult as you end up together for longer, especailly if the service is slow

I agree with this, only I would pick lunch over a coffee house as a first date, then go on to a longer date the second time around.
