Well on a first date I would like to start with a meet and greet at Starbucks. If things work out, then on the second date go watch a movie at the cinema and dinner afterwards.

I was considering putting coffee shop as a choice but I would be drinking water lol.
Jamessssssss: I know the choices are limited here but pick your favorite place to take someone special on a first date.
Well, I prefer lunch or dinner. It gives you time to chat and get to know each other. I also go with no preconceived expectations, as that way, there can be no disappointments.

I think it has to be a bar, somewhere where is are lots of people around. And, if you feel that you don´t get along then you can leave. With a meal its more difficult as you end up together for longer, especailly if the service is slow

Are you talking about the service from the restaraunt or the guy ?

Right I agree. A public place is best for the comfort of the woman.

Very good point. Good thing I'm not a woman. I'd be the type to walk out during a bad dinner date.

I agree with this, only I would pick lunch over a coffee house as a first date, then go on to a longer date the second time around.
I've always been wanting to go to visit the mountains in Kentucky & Tenn and standing at one of the lookouts cuddling up the man in my life while watching the beautiful sunsets.
