That's the word I was looking for; Dum-Dums are, in fact soft nose bullets designed to cause maximum damage on impact and though illegal are used by some police forces in western countries to do max damage and 'stop' a criminal with one bullet even with a relatively low velocity round.
I know all about Dum Dum - a suburb of Calcutta where i lived (not in Dum Dum you understand) as a child!

Yep. There will be another world war in the next 10 years. All the signs are there. It will be a totally different war than we have ever seen before too as it will be basically a religious war.
Organised religion has a lot to answer for.

Doesn't matter really. He asked were we going to have another world war. The answer is most definitely yes. Its not a matter of will we have one, its a matter of when will we have one. I reckon it will kick off by 2020 and won't end until most of us are gone.
