The bad Iranians,the bad North Koreans and the good and nice americans... If the americans wont abolish their nuclear arms, how can they require that other nations wont develop nuclear weapons. It's the same with the human rights, they require that other nations respect the human rights and what do they do, they keep people ( even not convicted of terrorism acts) imprisonned at Guantanamo and they torture them
I hope most people don't live in a fantasy land of believing that you can abolish all nuclear Weapons. That will never happen . Now world war three will happen it will very likely start in the middle east with either Iran attacking Isreal or Isreal Attacking Iran. and it will pull the entire world into it. The sides are already lined up. And the president of iran believes in the !2th Iman he believes he is the prophet that is fortold will start the war with isreal and in the middle of the conflict His God will intervine and secure the victory for islom. and the entire world will become Islonic .

If the americans disarm we would be attacked and devistated. How many know that we were nearly in a nuclear war in ninteen eighty one when flight 007 was shot down. Russia had actually started prepairing for a sneek attack on the U S with nuclear Weapons. It has been comming out of the classified documents. you w3ill never get the cat back in the bag once it has been released .

Please don't blame the US for WW III. According to the recent news here...in the liberal press....we are speeding up the Iraq withdrawal....another 4000 are coming home. Leaving just over 120,000 in Iraq.
So obviously WW III cannot be triggered by the United States or President Obama. We are kind and gentle grey back gorilla that every mom would love to have a neighbor or son in law. :-)

for the record though im from the republic,
england occupied all of ireland for over 700 years before we finally got rid of them through violence and a bit of politics,

If you are so intelligent you should at least know that wars are waged for economical and geostrategical reasons and to support the gun industry financially. To believe that the americans would just invade other countries to establish democracies there and to eradicate terrorists and despots there is a bit naive, these are just reasons to start a war nothing more ( like the war against Iraq). Without the support of Russia and China, Iran can just threaten other countries but would never attack them ( You know what happened to Iraq). And nuclear weapons are there for the americans to emphasize their hegemony in the world.Even without nuclear weapons in the world the americans could oppress other nations with the help of embargos ( like they did with other nations some years ago).
