I think that no matter what we say, you are going to do whatever you want but my opinion is that since you are only 21, give it some time and think it over. If you went and your grandma ended up having cancer, you'd beat yourself up for leaving, plus, it's not all that easy to find a new job these days.

You didn't state if she's pressuring you to move there or not?
But obviously it weighs heavy on your mind?
I know on a military base you probably feel better about with her.
I would only move if she's working on finding you a JOB.

Some relatiosnship's do work with not being together much?
