Seeing i dont buy into Lent, i am taking up stuff instead of going off stuff.
Im intaking more pints of special.
Cooking more often.
Running more often.
Golfing more often.

Well Im not very religious but Im going to drink more water for Lent and giving up the other thing but thats not going to be too much of a sacrafice

I'm cutting back on the internet in the evenings - going to cut down from XX hours to 1 hour an evening....

I know where you are coming from there! But it's always when I should be thinking about going to bed that I find something interesting on the net or something decent comes on TV and before I know it its 2am, could still end up reading for an hour when I get to bed.Might help with my sleep patterns too

givin up alcohol for last 10 years
