Seriously I love the place, but I spent most of my time in Pafos. Nothing bad to say about the place other than it has a registry office.

Please don't let your bad experience put you off visiting Cyprus again.... but when next you decide to visit I would suggest that you come over and see us on the Eastern side.... in my (unbiased
) opinion, we've got the better half of the island in respect of beaches, less built up than Paphos etc.... and of course at least three nice and friendly people you already know of (tomboygirl, gabi and of course moi)

elsson: Meant to ask you a question TBG. I was trying to think of the name of a cafe type place. Bit of a takeaway sandwich bar that sold beer in plastic glasses. Coming from the beach, go past the Green Door pub and turn right at top of the road, it was on a junction but I am going back about 8 years. May have been called Romeos?? Does it ring any bells??
