It seems the older I get, the more I notice people around me who seem to be stagnant and (maybe this is harsh and judgmental) a waste of space on the planet. People in their forties who don't work and live with their parents, men and women who don't pay child support or take care of their kids, guys who have wives and five mistresses, people who sell drugs as support, people who sit all day and do nothing but watch TV or play video games... Lately, I have been thinking a lot about what my life is contributing to the world and what I want to do with it while I am here. Particularly, not sitting idly by and letting it pass from day to day as my mind is numbed by droning nonsense on TV, fast food and drugs... None of us is perfect, but a lot of us aren't even trying. Midlife crisis?

I am in the business of entertainment. Entertaining myself constantly with new and exciting things. I have no plans to improve the world. As far as improving me; those days are over! My mind is already full of useless crap. It doesn't need any new items in it.

I work a full-time job & a part-time job. I travel whenever I can & always try to experience new things. I've also recently been busy deciding where I'd like to travel to & setting goals to actually go these places. Life's too short to let it slip by without making the most of it.
