Well, it depends are we talking about a first date? if so, then none ( I never fit in the box 
) I dont like movies because you cant talk. A walk in the park sounds lil boring, I wouldnt walk in the woods with a stranger, A bike ride sucks cause I would be all sweaty and my mascara will run. A quad ride...are you kidding??

i've discovered that an outdoor activity of some kind usually isn't a bad idea, providing the date is also interested in it lol
i was thinking the same thing you did about the walking in the woods thing - all of a sudden after i read that option in the question, i had this vision of something that could go VERY bad -
not into a bike ride and a walk in the park,
hm, maybe playing frisbee and chatting afterward at the park, around a lake, feeding the ducks, etc, that might be alright for a first date
i've had a few that were a bit like that and they were really pleasant.
