i don,t know how much you drink , but try this, when you come home, if you can that is, don,t go to bed thats the worst you can do, try to stay up as long as you can so as to urinate at least four time,s or more, and believe me you won,t feel as bed in the morning, for your liver would have released lots of the liquor you digested. at least that worked for me when i drank..
