Neither of them.
How I see it:
The younger one: if you think ahhh cute... doesn't sound like a great deal of respect there, may be he's just massaging your ego... Only you know that.
The older one: if you already think "difficult" and not even together yet what is it going to be like when you are and have to deal on top of that with what life throuws at you.
AND neither of them had what it took to make you feel like cutting connection with the other.
