I was oredered to do physiotherapy on my broken rib,and on my 5th day of PHYSIO....
I got impatient and went into the weight room and benched 3oo..I shouldn't have with a broken rib..but whatever.

Not on a Peace thread like this Ccincy. I also have the right to give my opinion also...and I did.
I don't think there is a definitive answer to this one. Sometimes we cannot control what is going on around us and inside of us. The best thing we can do is to be true to ourselves, our own morals and and let that be an example for the rest of the world.
