Maturity can begin at almost any age.I've seen people in their teens act more mature the their elders and visa versa.

I suppose I matured more after 40 and in the same token life had started over for me again. I for a time saw the side of life to where there was an empty nest, and grandchildren can be spoiled and sent home. Then my nest filled again and this grandchild may be spoiled to a small degree, and she is at home with me.
