Leave her behind life is too short to be unhappy. Enjoy being single for a bit, i know it sucks but its good in some ways like saving money
etc.. when you want to find love then go searching, just do not stay in a relationship where you cannot trust the other for you could know she could be with other men etc, i know you love her but is this love built around a lie? Just imagine.. you will feel 1000000000000000% better when you find love that is built around a solid foundation where trust and honesty are there.

dont leave.. you have to believe her that she really changed. nothing important than your love. strugle for it
the first thing that got me about the title was this...if you have to "request" someone to stop lying...it's a losing proposition...
