OMG, U should c my backyard, it looks like a English Garden with everything in it.....My front is like a golf course with a few roses but the backyard is my place.....Everything under the sun, and most from friends or family. Don't take money but it does take patients, to grow from cuttings or bulbs that have been dug up....I just love the gardens and look forward to Spring and Summer. I love every color and variety is the Spice of Life.....

I am a landscape Gardener and have designed and built gardens around Perth I get great pleasure in when I see my clients faces with the end results I love my job and all gardens should be treated with love as the plants are a living thing they also encourage the bees and butterflys, frogs etc! Lots of colour and colour cordinate thoughout your garden. Ground covers also is a great way to keep the garden moist and mulch is a must. Happy gardening
postivethinker: A garden looks more beautifull when it has different type of flowers with different colours.
I agree, uniformity can be nice...but it's just that, uniformity and you run the risk of it being boring, whereas I think lots of different colours in the garden are pleasant to look at

Gardning is related to my profession too. I get pleasure when my garden looks beautifull. I get angry if any body damages the flowers in my garden. I change pattern of flowers and flower pots every year. Next year i want my garden should look totaly different from other gardens. Happy landscaping.
