L.L.....I am being serious with the cereal I bought. I had a picture of the box uploaded before. Even Pepps said it looks like it should have had fruit in it. So, I have not completely lost my mind.

Yes Pepps....I would press #3. I have pretty good luck getting to talk to real people at companies. I think I may have called maybe 3 companies total. The one that really get my riled up was Wendys.....I got my fries....there were crispy twigs in there, regularly cooked ones...and frozen ones. And, my chicken sandwich was like chewing on a cold piece of rubber. I really don't expect much on the lines of quality from a fast food joint, but that was so bad I had to call.

They offered me a free food replacement voucher...and I turned it down.
