I told my boss that i have an appointment with doctor tomorrow (I do) and he without hesitation said i should ask for other colleagues' support to replace me in the meeting tomorrow though the quality might be somehow sacrificed. he is so kind, so nice, so good. that makes me feel so bad my colleague is also willing to give a hand. they are so good but i am taking advantage of their kindness and thinking of leaving them i feel really guilty, and i am also not sure if i get the job will I go for it or not too

what if my boss says "go for the opportunity or leave your current job!"? I am still not sure if i can pass all the recruitment rounds or not. I don't mean to stay in the States but just visit it sometimes. so far all the American colleagues have treated me very well...
