starting with read a message and not answer its RUDE....
it depends on cases if somebody send u a message lol i want marry u... and thats the first time u hear from that person... i say throw away the message
in the case u get a funny message... such as hey was passing by and saw ur pic.. gosh u look an hot chick...
i'd say why dont give a shoot.... thats my opinion..
