what can you say about it? if boy is younger and girl is older, or opposite. what advice's can you offer.

personally i wouldn't go over 10 12 yrs difference...
The love of my life - friend, companion, lover, husband - was 12 years older than me. We did not worry about his passing although it happened way too soon for me. We were the same sign in the Chinese astrology - it goes in 12 year increments.
Its all about LOVE!
