I used to be like You, Thinking there was something wrong with being Alone. But I was very wrong.
Yes I live alone, But I am never lonely . Will I die alone, I nor anybody I know can answer that, as our death is as mysterious to us as is our birth, we live our lives bound and tied to both but we never truly know them. The same can be said of knowing others. People can live our entire lives with someone without knowing them or letting themselves be known to them.
I personally feel Alone and Lonely to be two separate Entity's. Carry a song of those who you have loved and those who have loved you, and your heart will be a village long hall.
As for "writing blogs or seeking social approval online" I take it you are projecting a little there, I myself have other reasons for being here other than finding love. And to be honest seeking social approval would be very far down the list of why so. I am sure there are many others here who also have outgrown the youthful outreach of communal acceptance.
