I don't know why some don't post a pic. It's only fair if everyone else has a photo. It's a bit superficial, but I don't check out a profile if there is no photo. I don't judge people based on their pic, but there should be something to look at.
I agree with you. Why must the world be wracked with such strife, hatred, bloodshed? People can be so cruel to each other. And considering the dire prediction that the last wild tiger will be gone in India within 10 years due to human encroachment, loss of habitat, I would like to see a day to protect the world's vanishing creatures.
Tell him you want to meet or you're moving on. Not worth the hassle of playing games. He doesn't sound serious about wanting to get to know you better.
I don't know how something like that might work out. Say you use your two weeks vacation from work to travel far to meet someone you've conversed with online. She or he is everything you've ever wanted. She/he is interested in you. Sparks fly, but you've got to go back home at the end of two weeks. Then the major life decision comes up. Should I follow my heart or not? So much to consider at that point.
I loved the Monkees as a kid. I played their record on our old Zenith stereo. The TV show ran for two years in the 1960s. I watched every episode. Sorry to hear this about Davey.
That would be a fun business to have. You'd get to meet lots of interesting people from all over. I like Irish breakfast tea (black) and some berry tea at night, like acai and blueberry. Must have caffeine in the morning, so dark espresso is the best buzz!
Look at GOP presidential candidate Mitt Romney, who makes $20 million a year without lifting a finger, without doing anything, just from investment returns. He doesn't deserve a tax break, which the Republicans exhort as a way to create jobs. His wealth seeks the best return anywhere in the world. What makes anyone his vast personal capital creates jobs in the U.S.? The growing wealth gap is a looming social crisis around the world.
I'm not much for high speeds on the highway. I drive slow. I've ruined car engines by putting along at 20 miles per hour under the speed limit. I have a bumper sticker on my car: "Young fogey at the wheel."
RE: How do you feel tonight?
