his purring would have been an involuntary response, not from contentment, I can assure you of that, perhaps it helps to block pain..
I'm a cat lover and have been my entire life, it isn't your fault catfoot that your pet wasn't afraid of dogs: how could you have possibly foreseen something like this happening?
my fear is that if the dog does this to a cat it could be a young fearless child next...

Well all you need is a great photographer who can airbrush those bodily features up for ya and you'll look great under the blankets, I am sure we all sag after a while me included

mmm I notice interestingly that 1 or 2 comments have been retracted or deleted that's ok, the guys must have changed their minds!

To date, I have funnily heard nothing from this fellow, even during yesterday's cyclonic deluge and cut power...if he really was considerate, wouldn't he have fired off a text or phone call to see how things were, this end? Yep , his lack of caring speaks volumes! I shan't be taking his calls anymore and I doubt he will be ringing me to ask me to do (paid) jobs! makes me wonder if he has rooted his female car detailers to keep them in their job! He owns a car hire company, and told me initially he might have some work for me 'up the track'... hmmm, now it is all coming together

coming from guys, that is the feedback I was hoping for, now I don't feel guilty or rude for not taking on his suggestions...the other prospect was that maybe he thought he was offering me company that I might have been pining for (he hoped) and that by accepting his suggestions I'd be catering to his needs too? ... Just a thought...
