@yes who brother ,ur name reminded me the group of guess who and their hit "American Woman" before three years i was a volunteer blood donner and now noone wants my blood i quit smoking and some of my favorite foods ,like pork and others.but i cant even imagine ur deprivations. how strong u have to be my friend .wish u the best and hope i ll see u again on the blog.
@summer western nutrition and junk foods r an important factor of diabetes spread among the western ppl. last researches ,claim that a healthy diet is the best weapon to keep ur glucose levels under control. personally i am on Mediterranean diet.fish , chicken olive oil , pulses, cabbage ,lettuce, greens and a lot of fresh fruits.when i was there at jakarta i ate rice and ayam ,but w/o any sauce.
@summer the woman mystery ,that surprises me all the time ,someone i cant predict her reactions and never ,ok ,almost never agrees with me. someone keeps me high like a drag.
all the women , i know have a figure problem,usually in their minds ,,but u must never forget dear ladies that only the dogs love the bones ,real men want real women ,with curves on the right places of u.
