what do you think about "SIZE ZERO"
Being a size zero makes you ultra slender and skinny, you won't look fat infront of the camera because camera add 5 pounds to your image ..This "preferable images" is followed by many females arround the world ..
Some men also, Korean men , they followed the size zero trend as well ..
They say, it boost up your look
They say as being "light" makes you move arround faster
And I found a line in the movie green lantern, that says the smaller you become the slower gravity will pulls you ( I somehow wonder if this could also apply in wrinkles .. Lols)
You see, what's on the surface can be easily observed,
So I am sure that there are many healthy ways to sculpt your body into a size zero figure
Like Jenifer Aniston, oh I just love her little firm bikini body, in her age that is so hard to attain.
But have you seen Angelina Jolie lately ? She is now also a size zero and she looks like emotional wreck ..
So my question is, do you think it is psycologically save to get there ???

Angelina Jolie indeed looks really thin these days. It made her look less interested. Not fresh and I guess someone need to told her to eat more.
PS : The paparazzi said that she got morning sickness from her pregnancy. It also can be the caused.
I'm a size zero, have been since I was 20, when I had my 5 kids, I always weighed 98lbs, but had big babies, smallest baby I had was 8lbs 4oz's, biggest baby I had was 10lbs 9oz's, I'm 115lbs, but still wear size zero. I don't think that I'm skinny though, I'm just tiny.
Now, I'm far from a size 0 and wouldn't want to be one. What I can say that skinny women tend to look older not younger. I'm 50 and don't have any wrinkles at all. Most of which is pure genetics.
Difference between Aniston and Jolie is that Aniston is fit and Jolie is anorexic.

Dancing regularly may help to sculpt your body but it's not an instant process
You look marvellous on that picture.
I think size zero is a unhelthy standard both physically and mentaly. If you are born slim and remains slim but healthy that is a differnet matter.
Eat healty without going over board and do some regular excercise.
Then forget about the looks and be happy!
And I hope we won't .. Heheheh
